PATIENTS
TEETH YOU CAN SMILE ABOUT
Get your life back
EVERY PATIENT ARRIVES WITH A STORY ABOUT THEIR TEETH. MY JOB IS TO MAKE SURE THAT STORY ENDS WITH AN EASY SMILE.

Most of my patients get to me after years of dodging the dentist, afraid of what they'll hear, or already told they don't have enough bone. If that's you, you're not alone.
Full arch implant treatment, often called All-on-X, replaces a full set of teeth with a fixed bridge that doesn't come out, click, slip, or need adhesive. You chew, sleep, and live with it like it's your own. After surgery day, what patients tell me is rarely about the teeth. They're eating without thinking, showing up to work or family events without the self-consciousness, applying for the job they wanted, or even dating again.
It starts with your teeth. It ends with getting your life back.

ABOUT ME
I am a full arch implant surgeon based in Phoenix, AZ with Shared Practices Group (SPG), and this is the only kind of dentistry I do. That focus is how I have the expertise to take cases other surgeons pass on. I'm licensed in multiple states, so I can travel to you, connect you with the nearest SPG location, or you can simply send me the case and I'll tell you what I'd recommend.
From first scan to final teeth
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN RECEIVING FULL ARCH IMPLANTS.
STEP 1
Consultation & 3D Scan
We talk about your goals, look at your bone on a CBCT scan, and I give my recommendation.
STEP 2
Your Plan
The surgical plan, the timeline, the cost and the financing options, in writing, before you commit to anything.
STEP 3
Surgery Day
Remaining teeth are removed, implants are placed, and a fixed temporary bridge is attached the same day. You are sedated during the surgery and you leave with teeth.
STEP 4
Healing & Final Teeth
Follow-ups while everything integrates, then your final prosthesis is made and delivered.
Is Full Arch right for you?
FOR PATIENTS DONE WITH FAILING TEETH, TEMPORARY FIXES, AND ILL-FITTING DENTURES WHO ARE READY FOR A LASTING SOLUTION.
FuLL ARCH IMPLANTS ARE USUALLY A GOOD FIT IF:
Most or all of your teeth are failing, loose, broken or already gone.
You wear a denture or partial and you are tired of it moving.
You have been told you do not have enough bone for implants.
You have had gum disease long enough that saving individual teeth stopped making sense.
You want to be finished, not managing another temporary fix in two years.
WHEN WE WOULD PAUSE:
Uncontrolled diabetes, active heavy smoking, certain bone medications and some medical conditions all change how implants heal. None of these are automatic no's, but they change the plan, and pretending otherwise is how cases fail.
If a graft, a medical clearance, or simply more time is the right first step, that is what I will recommend.

This is an investment.
I treat it like one.
Full arch implant treatment is not cheap and I won't pretend it is. For most of my patients it is one of the larger investments they will make for their health. That is exactly why I do not rush consultations, why the plan comes in writing, and why I would rather lose the case than sell you something you do not need.
What you are paying for is a surgeon who built his expertise on complex full arch surgery, plans the case to the millimeter, and stays involved from start to finish.
Clarity
Your treatment plan, financing options, and process are all explained clearly and without pressure.
Expertise
With over 500 of these surgeries under my belt, I'm the one you want to do this surgery. I'm good at what I do and I'm passionate about providing great care to my patients.

"This entire office has been nothing but compassionate and supportive! Even when I recently changed my mind about part of my procedure. They have been very kind and understanding. It’s so helpful when you’re already so stressed out about something that you absolutely have to have done that you have been trying to prevent for years and years! I feel so less stressed.
Everyone I dealt with was just wonderful. Today I went in again with tons of questions and Dr. Miller was very patient and kind explaining everything to me. He resolved my concerns. I could not be happier!"

Patient Stories
"It’s going on a year since my first appointment with Dr. Miller and is wonderful staff. I had 23 teeth removed and my implants put in all in the same day. I was surprised the next morning that I had no pain very little swelling and no bruising. And throughout the next six months The staff was excellent. They answered all my questions each time I went to my appointments and I was never rushed. They made me feel welcome and very comfortable with each visit. Dr Miller was there each time to make sure everything was going well with me. When I got my final pair of implants they were perfect exactly what I wanted they fit great they look great. My friends and family tell me they look so natural they can’t believe it. So if anyone is thinking about getting implants and finding a great doctor and staff this is the place to go. Honest... I am looking forward to seeing them again at my 6 months check up.
I can now eat anything hard or soft, hot or cold without worrying about any pain or if I might break off a crown or even getting a cavity. All I do is smile. I am very proud of what Dr Miller and his staff have done. It is well worth every penny spent."

"If you're doing your research, as we did, you need to make an appointment with Valley Dentures and Implants. We don't ordinarily do reviews, but this office certainly deserves it. We did a lot of research and had other appointments and Valley covered all the details. Their professional approach and procedures were completely explained and we both had full implants completed. Don't miss out... meet with them before you make any final decision. You'll be happy that you did!! This office deserves more than a 5 Star rating."

Phoenix & beyond
My home practice is Valley Dentures and Implants in Phoenix, Arizona. I also operate as a traveling surgeon, which means some patients are treated in a partner practice closer to home rather than flying to Arizona. Because SPG offices are part of the same dental group, I can easily travel to locations nationwide.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is All-on-X, or full arch dental implants?
A full set of fixed teeth supported by a small number of implants placed in your jaw. Instead of replacing teeth one at a time, the whole arch is restored together, and the bridge is anchored to the implants rather than resting on your gums like a denture.
Will I leave with teeth the same day?
In most cases, yes. Failing teeth come out, implants go in, and a temporary fixed bridge is attached the same day. The final prosthesis is made after your gums and bone have healed, usually a few months later. If your case requires something different, I will let you know.
I was told I do not have enough bone. Now what?
Often you still have options. Remote anchorage techniques, including zygomatic, pterygoid and palatal implants, use bone outside the usual area. These are more advanced techniques I am well practiced in. Many people who were turned down elsewhere or told they needed years of grafting can still get a fixed result.
Does it hurt?
The surgery is done under sedation, so you are comfortable during it. Most patients describe the first several days as swollen and sore rather than sharply painful, and manageable with the medication and instructions you go home with.
How long does the whole process take?
Surgery is one day. Healing and follow-up visits run over the next several months, and your final teeth are delivered at the end of that. You should have functional, fixed teeth the entire time.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many arches are treated, what anchorage the case needs, and the material of the final prosthesis, so a real number comes after a consultation and a 3D scan. You will get a written plan and financing options before anyone asks you to commit.
How do I get started?
GET STARTEDSend an inquiry through the contact form. I read them myself, and the next step is a consultation with a 3D scan so you get a real plan rather than a guess.
